at Vermont (10/4): Earned her first career point with an assist on Maddy Christian's goal in the second period. Syracuse (11/15): Assisted on Matilde Fantin’s third period goal in an 11-2 rout. Robert Morris (1/30): Assisted on the first-ever goal scored at West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium, scored by McKenna Walsh. at Lindenwood (2/6): Scored her first career goal in the second period.
PRIOR TO PENN STATE
Boasts an impressive junior career with the Philadelphia JR Flyers, having spent the last five years with the team. Participated in 21 contests and published a dazzling 9-18—27 effort as a valuable contributor on both ends of the ice in 2024-25... Helped steer the Junior Flyers to an Atlantic District Championship in the 2024-25 campaign.
PERSONAL
Only daughter of Matt Shane, and she has one brother named Dylan, who was also an ice hockey athlete, competing at NCAA Division III Skidmore College during his career... Upon her graduation from Penn State and conclusion of her playing career, Shane hopes to begin a career in the marketing field.
